Membership
Membership is on an annual basis. New members can become members at any time. Subscriptions for existing members fall due on the first day of Michaelmas term and must be paid before the start of 5th week.

It’s easy to become a member. If you are not already a member of a home office approved rifle club or a firearms certificate holder (most of our members are neither of these) then you will need to go to apply for probationary membership. This lasts for three months after which, if you are deemed competent in weapon safety, you will become a full member.
Those that are firearms certificate holders or members of a home office approved rifle club can apply directly for full membership.
For both probationary membership and full membership you will require a personal sponsor, your college tutor/superviser is ideal for this, and a club sponsor. If you have been to a taster session, any committee member present can act as your personal sponser - just come to the range and ask.
